2-1-1 San Diego Visits 2-1-1 Texas

At the end of February 2011, John Ohanian (CEO) and Bill York (COO) of 2-1-1 San Diego ventured out to Texas alongside fellow 2-1-1 LA County's Amy Latzer. Many people don't know that 2-1-1 is a movement that is taking place all across the country. You can learn more at 211.org. 2-1-1 Texas is known for having an excellent military and veterans peer to peer line, and, because 2-1-1 San Diego is working hard to get this same kind of program running at full speed here in San Diego, we thought it would be important to see how other 2-1-1s are making the magic happen.
