General Services
The 2-1-1 phone line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the entire region of San Diego County, and translation is available in more than 150 languages. When a call is answered the 2-1-1 agent refers the client to the nearest services available to them and documents the client’s information, including age, zip code, household income level and more. The demographics and needs of all calls answered by 2-1-1 on a monthly basis are detailed in the below reports.
