About Access for Infants and Mothers (AIM)

Statewide health coverage program for pregnant women. The program provides health care access to women to provide prenatal care and other medically necessary services while the woman is pregnant. It also covers you for hospital delivery and 60 days after your pregnancy ends. If you qualify for AIM, your baby may be automatically eligible for enrollment in the Healthy Families Program (HFP).

Additional Information

  • Eligibility: Pregnant, California Resident, Do not have no-cost Medi-Cal, uninsured or insured with a maternity services deductible or co-pay of mor than $500.00
  • Fees: The total cost for your coverage is 1.5% of your annual household income. This amount can be paid 12
