About Shelter Plus Care
Offers independent living homes for homeless seniors ages 55 years and older who have mental, physical or substance abuse disability. Qualified clients receive a 1 bedroom furnished apartment with utilities included in Chula Vista and case management services. Clients must have a source of income and be able to pay 30% of their income for rent. Small families accepted if there is one family member that meets the eligibility requirements.
