About American Red Cross Women, Infants, and Children Program
Supplemental nutrition program to help pregnant women, infants, and children (up to age 5) eat well, stay healthy, and be active. At no cost to qualifying participants WIC provides checks for nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to community resources. ARC WIC clinics are located throughout San Diego County.

- Eligibility: WIC serves the following groups: pregnant women, post-partum (up to 6 months for non-breastfeeding mothers and up to 1 year for breastfeeding mothers), infants, and children (up to age 5). Must meet income qualifications.
