About Community Assessment Team (CAT/WINGS)
Provides a Community Assessment Team to provide crisis intervention and assessment for children, at-risk youth, and mentally/emotionally disturbed adolescents. Provides prevention, intervention, and appropriate follow-up services and referrals to adolescents and their families to prevent adolescents from entering the juvenile justice system or the social service/dependency system.
