About Drug Court

Provides a 12-month outpatient substance abuse treatment program with 6 months' after care to alcohol- or drug-abusing felons. Defendants will participate in group and individual counseling, drug education, 12-step meetings, and random drug testing. Throughout the 18-month program, the defendant will make regularly scheduled appearances before the drug court judge. The program only serves convicted felons and misdemeanants who have been screened and referred through the drug court system.
