About Family, Long-Term Transitional Housing
Provides comprehensive long-term transitional housing and intensive case management for homeless families. Meals are provided on-site, and sack lunches are provided for working residents. Services include counseling, employment assistance and training, life skills classes, financial planning, assistance locating housing, basic adult education, and medical screening. A charter school for elementary age children and childcare are also available.

- Eligibility: Parents 18 years and older and their dependent minor children. Clients must be able to provide basic self-care and function appropriately in an independent living situation.
- Fees: No fees charged for residents without income. Residents with income are charged for shared expenses and are also required to save 30% of their remaining income.
- Intake: Referral from St Vincent's short-term transitional housing program or predetermined referral from another agency is required.
