About Health Center
The medical clinic provides general medical care, including prenatal services and pediatric care. The dental clinic provides general dental services. Medical and dental services are available only for St Vincent de Paul residents and residents of shelters that belong to the Consortium. Appointments are required for prenatal, psychiatric assistance, and dental care. The eye clinic is served by a volunteer ophthalmologist and a volunteer optometrist. Some donated glasses are available. Ancillary services include pharmacy, lab, and medical case management.

- Eligibility: No age limitations. As of 12/14/04 and for the indefinite future, both the medical and dental clinics are only providing service to St Vincent de Paul residents and residents of shelters belonging to the Consortium. Homeless persons may be able to receive services on a standby basis.

- Intake: As of 12/14/04 and for the indefinite future, both the medical and dental clinics are only providing service to St Vincent de Paul residents and residents of shelters belonging to the Consortium. However, a homeless person can walk in for an assessment. If the assessment indicates treatment is required, the homeless person can sign up on a standby basis. An appointment is required for prenatal, psychiatric assistance, and dental care. Priority is as follows: (1) Residents with appointments, (2) Residents without appointments, (3) Persons who have appointments made through shelters belonging to the Consortium, (4) Homeless persons on a standby basis (sign-in sheet).
