About Home/Mobilehome Repair Loan and Grant Program

Provides loans or grants for the repair of owner occupied single-family homes or mobile homes. Grants of up to $8,000 are available to low-income seniors and disabled mobile home homeowners to repair their mobile homes. Deferred loans are available to eligible single-family and mobile home owner occupants and do not require monthly payments. Qualified homeowners may borrow a maximum of $25,000 for a single-family home or $8,000 for a mobile home. Loan/Grant amount is determined by cost of repairs and approved by a loan committee.
