About HOPE Infant Family Support Program
Provides support to families of infants and toddlers with special needs. Services include developmental assessments, individual education plans, weekly or monthly home visits, and a parent education program. Consultant staff members may also make home visits, depending on the child's needs. Provides services in the family's home, or in childcare settings.
