About Juvenile Delinquency and Diversion Program
Provides individual, group, and family counseling, youth employment assistance, parent education, and conflict resolution. Also offers gang prevention and intervention. Graffiti removal is provided by youth as a community service. National City, Chula Vista, and San Diego (Southern) Police Department outstations provide assessments, crisis counseling, diversion planning and respond to runaway reports. Services also provided to youth from Imperial Beach.
