About Naval Medical Center
A full-service naval medical center including a 24-hour emergency room for military personnel and their families (the Medical Center is part of the County Disaster System). Services offered include, but are not limited to, the following: a 4-week residential rehabilitation program at Point Loma; audiology; cancer treatment; child abuse services; dental; dialysis; eating disorders; eye care; mental health services; nutrition; occupational, physical, and speech therapy; parenting programs; perinatal services; sleep disorders; social services; spine center; and weight control services. Also provides HIV testing, counseling, and follow-up.
