About Oral Health Initiative (First 5 OHI)
The Oral Health Initiative seeks to improve the oral health of children under the age of 6. The program focuses on direct patient care, increased capacity, and countywide efforts with specifications for unique geographic and cultural communities. Components of the initiative include oral health screenings and exams for children and pregnant women, treatment for children and pregnant women with identified oral health issues, and parent and caregiver education.

- Eligibility: Families with children under the age of 6, pregnant women, and women up to three months postpartum.
- Fees: Sliding scale based on income and family size. Accepts Medi-Cal and some private insurance including: CHDP, Healthy Families, and Ryan White. For more information, please contact clinic directly.
