About Outreach Team

The Outreach Team provides daily outreach to homeless individuals throughout San Diego County including: Downtown, North Park, Uptown, City Heights, Hillcrest, and surrounding areas. The Outreach team is trained in crisis response and de-escalation. The team provides support services, transportation (wheelchair Accessible van), and referrals to a variety of services, including housing. Focus is on placement for chronically homeless seniors and individuals with chronic and /or terminal illness, and HIV/AIDS services.
