- Eligibility: No age limitations for women. For emergency shelter, accepts females with children for residence; single, blind, physically disabled, undocumented, and emancipated minor females are also accepted. AIDS patients are accepted as long as they are able to care for themselves. Mentally disturbed individuals and homeless women are not accepted.
