About Salsa En La Comunidad

A diabetes and cardiovascular disease screening and health education program that provides free fasting glucose, total cholesterol screenings, blood pressure readings, body mass index assessments, as well as diabetes and cardiovascular disease risk assessments. Also, provides free health education classes on various topics such as: Basic Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease Concepts, Nutrition Basics and Benefits to Exercise. These classes are offered in Spanish only.
