About School Readiness Program (First 5 SR)

Offers School Readiness programs to assess the physical well-being and motor development of a child as well as their social and emotional development. Takes unique approaches to learning, language development and cognition, and general knowledge. Offers Early Care and Education services for toddlers and preschoolers that include parent & child activities, part time preschools, referrals to preschools/childcare, and community based education activities. Also offers Parenting/Family Support services that include parenting training classes, case management, referrals to adult education classes and behavior assessments. Provides health and social services that include developmental, dental, vision, and hearing screenings, home/health consultations, and Healthy Lifestyles/Physical Health classes. May offer referrals to health, behavioral health, or special needs services.
