About School Readiness Program (First 5 SR)
Offers School Readiness programs to assess the physical well-being and motor development of a child as well as their social and emotional development. Takes unique approaches to learning, language development and cognition, and general knowledge. Offers Early Care and Education services for children ages 0 to 5 to make developmental progress toward school readiness. Also offers Parenting/Family Support services that include parenting training classes, parent & child activities, community based education activities, referrals to Preschool/Childcare, and nutrition classes. Provides health and social services that include developmental screenings (ASQ), vision testing, and hearing testing. May offer referrals to health, behavioral health, or special needs services.
