Friends of 2-1-1:
Becoming a Friend of 2-1-1 means that you recognize the importance of community and you are dedicated to connecting San Diegans with local community services. Donations from our Friends of 2-1-1 are used to upgrade our database and web capabilities, strengthen the telecommunications infrastructure, and further expand service capacity to meet anticipated demand.

Sponsor-a-Staff:
2-1-1 San Diego’s annual budget for the fiscal year 2006-07 is $2 million. The vast majority of expenses are for staffing - the call specialists who answer the 2 1 1 phone lines, the resource specialists who update the 2-1-1 database, and the managers who oversee the organization. Although we have strong support from our funders, we look to complement this support through the Sponsor-a-Staff opportunity! This will help us raise funds to expand our staffing to continue to meet community needs.
